Books for Art & Design students

Books for Fine and Applied Art students are mainly held at the Cornerstone Library, although there are some at The Sheppard-Worlock Library at Hope Park. You can make a request for these to be sent to the Cornerstone Library.

The best way to find books is to search within OneSearch and restrict the search to the Library catalogue, as below.  Make sure you are signed in first in order to access all functionality.

You can further refine using the options on the left and select ‘Held by Library’, then ‘Location’ if you want to look at books held at Creative Campus.

Find one that has the book icon and is described as ‘book’. Click on the title or ‘Available at’ for more information.

You can then see the number of copies, whether on loan and number of requests on the book. You can also see the loan type (reference, 24 hour, 7 day or  2 week  loans).

This is the best way to find E-books too. OneSearch describes them as books as above but tells you it is available online. Click on this link to be directed to the online version.
